By accessing and using CarQRCode services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

CarQRCode provides QR code stickers for vehicles that enable contact between vehicle owners and third parties. Our services include:

• Sale and delivery of weatherproof QR code stickers
• QR code registration and management platform
• Contact relay services (Free and Pro plans)
• Customer support and technical assistance

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Use the service only for legitimate vehicle contact purposes
• Not misuse or abuse the contact features
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your account information secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

For Pro plan users, we provide additional privacy protection by masking your phone number during contact interactions.

• QR sticker purchases are one-time payments
• Pro privacy plan is ₹199 per QR code per year
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds are available as per our Refund Policy
• Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy
• Prices may be subject to change with prior notice

We warrant that our QR stickers are made from high-quality, weatherproof materials designed to last 5+ years under normal conditions. If a sticker fails due to manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

CarQRCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of CarQRCode. Users are granted a limited license to use our services as intended.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
