  • QR Scanner / Caller interaction details: When a visitor scans a vehicle QR code and chooses "We Call You" or sends a message, their phone number is temporarily processed solely to route the automated telecom bridge call or alert to the vehicle owner. Visitors may also choose "Dial Directly" to connect via our virtual number without entering their phone number on the website.
  • Payment information (processed securely via payment partners; we do not store card details).
  • Usage data (pages visited, device/browser info, IP address).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process orders and provide smart QR code services.
  • To securely route masked calls, WhatsApp, and SMS alerts between scanners and vehicle owners without exposing the vehicle owner's personal number on a public windshield.
  • To provide security, fraud prevention, and anti-harassment features (such as enabling vehicle owners to block repetitive spam callers and call back in genuine parking emergencies).

3. Sharing & Telephony Routing

  • We do not sell your personal information. Any data you enter while activating a QR code, such as your Vehicle Registration Number and Mobile Number, is completely safe with us. We will never sell your data for our benefit.
  • Privacy Masking & Windshield Protection: When a passerby scans a privacy-enabled QR code, the call or message is routed securely through our licensed cloud telephony infrastructure. The vehicle owner's actual phone number is never exposed or printed on the vehicle.
  • Caller / Scanner Protection: Scanner phone numbers collected during bridge calls are strictly used for the requested connection and safety notifications. We never use caller phone numbers for marketing or sell them to third parties.
  • We may share data with trusted partners (e.g., licensed cloud telephony carriers, payment processors, shipping partners) only as strictly needed to fulfill your service or comply with law.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
